An unforgettable evening of Mexican gastronomy with Expendio de Maíz and LA Cha Cha Cha. This special coursed dinner celebrates Día de los Muertos, featuring a dynamic menu collaboration from Michelin Guide recognized restaurants in Mexico and the U.S., with signature cocktail pairings by Reserva de la Familia.

Expendio de Maíz Sin Nombre is the sum of the efforts that begin in the countryside of farmers' families clinging to the cultural heritage and rural identity of the original towns of Mexico. This continues with the recollection and traceability of food around a group of cooks that attempt to communicate through a small window. With no menu they invite people to experience different dishes where rural in-season ingredients are used. Their ethos is based on biodiversity - where demand for certain ingredients are increased to support purveyors' families directly in Mexico.
